ArmeoSpring Pediatric (Armeo Spring Pediatric) allows to develop and strengthen locomotor and grasping functions in children with movement disorders.

The ArmeoSpring Pediatric complex is specially designed and adapted for children with motor deficits of the upper limbs of the arms and hands due to neurological diseases and injuries.

Self-directed movement therapy

By providing arm weight support, Armeo Spring allows patients to use their remaining motor functions and encourages them to achieve more reaching and grasping movements depending on specific therapeutic goals. Since all activity during training is based on the patient’s own movements, this repetitive training leads to better, faster results and improved long-term outcomes.

Simultaneous arm and hand therapy in a 3D workspace

ArmeoSpring allows simultaneous training of the arms and hands in a large 3D workspace with six degrees of freedom. This allows patients to practice movements that are important for their therapeutic progress and daily life. ArmeoSpring supports 1D (for joints), 2D and 3D movements.

Ergonomic exoskeleton

The ergonomic and adjustable ArmeoSpring exoskeleton covers the entire arm from shoulder to wrist and balances the weight of the patient's arm.

Motivational exercises

An extensive library of motivating, game-based exercises with advanced feedback has been designed to train fundamental movement patterns commonly used in everyday activities.
