1. Terms of use of the site radfarm.com.ua

1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a public offer agreement of the website radfarm.com.ua (next - Site) between the Site Administration and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the User) and governs the terms of use of the site.

1.2. A user of the Site is any individual who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age allowed for the acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement. User registration on the Site means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Site by the User must be immediately terminated.

1.4. This Agreement may be amended and / or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are open and publicly available document.

1.5. The Agreement provides for the mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Site Administration on the following points: • the procedure for using the Site, • security policy, • limitation of the liability of the Site Administration, • the procedure for the Agreement.

2. The procedure for using the Site

3.4. The user agrees that the confidentiality of the data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed if access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the area of technical means of communication subject to the Site Administration, the Site Administration is not responsible for damage caused as a result of such access.

3.5. 4. Limitation of liability of the Site Administration

The agreement is considered concluded upon reaching a consensus on all the main provisions of the agreement. We also draw your attention to the fact that the price, as one of the conditions of the contract, established at the time of registration, may change depending on the date of payment for the service. The price of the service in accordance with the public offer agreement and the terms of use of the site will be considered final at the time the buyer pays for the service. On the day of payment, the cost of the service may change without additional agreement by the parties of such a change.

4.11. In case of an increase in the price of the service ordered by you, the Site Administration reserves the right to refuse the service.

5. Procedure of the Agreement

5.1. This Agreement, as well as information about the service presented on the Site, is a public offer. The site administration reserves the right to both change this Agreement and enter a new one. Such changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site. The use by the User of the materials of the site after the change of the Agreement automatically means their acceptance.

5.2. This Agreement enters into force upon the first registration and is valid between the User and the Site Administration throughout the entire period of use of the Site by the User.

5.3. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Site Administration of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

5.4. The site is subject to the intellectual property rights of the Site Administration. All exclusive property copyrights to the site belong to the Site Administration. The use of the site by the Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine on intellectual property rights.

5.5. All trademarks and names referenced in the materials on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

5.6. The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, not copy any parts of the Site, except when such permission is given to the User by the Site Administration.

5.7. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by the Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
