Payment, Delivery and Commissioning

From Order to Equipment Ready for Operation

RAD FARM organizes the supply of medical equipment throughout Ukraine — from small medical devices and consumables to comprehensive outfitting for operating rooms, CSSD departments, diagnostic and laboratory units.

For each project, we pre-agree with the customer on the cost, delivery terms, payment conditions, delivery location, need for installation, commissioning, and staff training.

Delivery Across Ukraine

We deliver equipment to public and private medical institutions throughout Ukraine where secure logistics are available.

• Transport Method: Determined based on the type of equipment, its dimensions, value, and manufacturer's requirements. Small orders may be delivered by carrier services. Large-scale, high-value, or technologically complex equipment is delivered using specialized transport or through tailored logistics directly to the medical facility.

• Preservation of Characteristics: Medical devices are transported and stored in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer. This is particularly important for sensitive diagnostic, laboratory, and other medical equipment. This approach complies with the requirements of the Technical Regulation on Medical Devices: the characteristics of the product must not deteriorate during transport and storage under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.

For complex equipment, delivery is part of the project, not just cargo transportation.

Equipment on Order and International Logistics

If the required model is not in stock in Ukraine, RAD FARM organizes delivery directly from the manufacturer.

We coordinate the entire logistics chain:

1. Ordering from the manufacturer.

2. International transportation.

3. Import and customs clearance.

4. Delivery to Ukraine.

5. Delivery to the medical facility.

6. Installation and commissioning (if provided for by the contract and manufacturer's requirements).

The estimated delivery time is communicated prior to contract conclusion and depends on the production cycle, country of origin, transportation route, customs clearance, and the current security situation.

Equipment Acceptance

Along with the goods, the customer receives the set of accompanying documents stipulated by the contract and legislation.

• For relevant equipment, this may include a delivery note and/or other supply documents, warranty documents, user manuals, medical device compliance documents, and other documentation required by the manufacturer, contract, or procurement terms.

• For road freight transport in Ukraine, legislation provides for bill of lading documentation (including the state electronic e-WAYBILL system).

• For complex equipment, installation, commissioning, start-up, and staff training documents are drawn up when necessary.

Installation and Commissioning

For equipment requiring professional installation, RAD FARM organizes installation and commissioning by qualified specialists in accordance with the terms of the specific project.

Prior to delivery, we can coordinate technical requirements for the room: power supply, ventilation, water supply, medical gases, network connections, required dimensions, and other engineering conditions.

Our goal is not to hand over a box of equipment to the hospital, but a solution ready for clinical operation.

Payment

• For legal entities and medical institutions: The primary payment method is cashless transfer to the supplier's bank account. Payment terms are determined by the contract and the specific project (prepayment, payment upon delivery, staged payment, or another schedule agreed upon by the parties).

• For public and municipal customers: Supply and payment are carried out in accordance with the procurement contract and current public procurement rules (including specific features under CMU Resolution No. 1178 and amendments thereto).

• For private clinics and corporate clients: Individual financial terms can be agreed upon depending on the scale and structure of the project.

Warranty and Post-Delivery Service

Equipment delivery does not end for us upon its transfer to the customer.

RAD FARM provides warranty and service support in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and the contract, and can also arrange maintenance, diagnostics, and the supply of spare parts, accessories, and consumables.

For complex projects, we can support the equipment throughout its entire lifecycle.
