Payment and delivery

For all purchased goods, payment can be made:
Cash on delivery (COD) is when a recipient pays for goods at the time of delivery
Pay cash in person at the office.
Payment in cash at the time of delivery of the order, at delivery by Nova Poshta to the door or in the office. The buyer gives money to the courier and gets the ordered goods and the package of documents (invoice, (documents that confirm the purchase), warranty card, instructions, quality certificates).

Cashless payment
The buyer places an order, Online store staff prepares an invoice and sends it to the buyer via email or messengers. Based on the invoice, the buyer makes payment to the details specified in the invoice through a bank within 3 working days from the date of the invoice.
After getting money to the online store account, the buyer will be contacted by the online store staff and agree on a convenient time and delivery address. Courier delivers the paid goods and all the necessary supporting documents to the address specified by the buyer.

Payment by card
You can pay by bank card to the card of Privatbank according to details that we will send you via e-mail or messengers.
We deliver by our own transport or by Nova Poshta.
We deliver at our expense when the order above 2000 UAH!

Return terms
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 p. № 172 " On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", approved the list of goods of proper quality, not subject to exchange (return). According to the List, medical devices of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
