Return conditions

Good quality product:
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return) was approved. According to the List, products for medical use of appropriate qualities are not subject to exchange or return.

Product of inadequate quality:
You can return a product of inadequate quality without signs of use within 14 days of purchase.
Importantly! The product must not lose its appearance. The packaging, sales receipt (or delivery note), warranty card must be saved.

Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Please note: In the case of a return, exchange, the return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer, by the new mail delivery service.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE:
1. Contact the manager. For identification, you must give the order number or phone number that was specified when ordering. When talking, state the reason for the return.
2. Send the goods. Return or replacement of goods is carried out by the delivery service Nova Poshta according to the data below. Details for sending when returning / replacing goods:

Return or replacement of goods is carried out by the delivery service Nova Poshta at the expense of the buyer. Return of goods in cases of marriage or under warranty is carried out by the delivery service Nova Poshta at our expense.
3. Sending a replacement or money After receiving the parcel, the goods are inspected and tested by our technical department, and only then the goods are sent for a replacement or a refund is made to your bank card. Attention: the procedure for checking the returned goods and transferring money for it may take up to 3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods.
