SDM23 (Holter ECG and BP)

The monitor is designed for Holter monitoring (continuous recording) of electrocardiosignal (ECS) in three independent bipolar leads and blood pressure (BP) - SIMULTANEOUSLY, in inpatient and outpatient conditions, lasting up to 28 hours.
The technical capabilities of the monitor allow you to obtain data for the most complete analysis of rhythm disturbances, ischemic changes of the ST segment, hidden forms of "silent" ischemia, QT interval, R-R variability, the degree of hypertensive and hypotensive changes, adaptation, correlation of blood pressure with EC and vice versa.

The use of the monitor ensures control of the patient's treatment and allows the doctor to make timely corrections in medical therapy.

Operational safety is guaranteed by design parameters and functions:

- the monitor is a device with an internal power source and in terms of electrical safety meets the requirements of DSTU 3798-98, type BF;

- the monitor automatically resets the pressure in the cuff when the value exceeds 300 mm Hg. art.;

- the monitor automatically stops the measurement if its duration exceeds 120 seconds and resets the pressure in the cuff;

- the monitor is equipped with additional patient protection devices, which, in the event of a single violation, duplicate the main functions of the impossibility of creating excessive pressure in the cuff (300 mm Hg), limiting the time of a single measurement (120 s), as well as rapid decompression of air from the cuff after the end measurement; when these devices are triggered, the pressure in the cuff is released and a sound signal is given.
