Mechanism of action: The tubes contain a 3.8% sodium citrate buffer solution, which is used as an anticoagulant for the study of hemostasis. Sodium citrate, binding calcium ions, etc. prevents blood clotting.

Note: The ratio of blood volume to sodium citrate (9: 1)

A vacuum blood collection system must include three essential components.
