TBT PLUSEAL RS 11 is a professional rotary sealer designed for medical and dental clinics with heavy workloads. Equipped with a multi-line sealing system, it provides a sealing speed of up to 11 m/min, enabling fast and efficient processing of large volumes of packaging materials.
Precise temperature and constant pressure control ensure consistent and reproducible sealing quality. Automatic start, standby mode with motor deactivation during periods of inactivity, and automatic shutdown in case of temperature deviation improve safety, ease of use, and energy efficiency.
The Reverse Feed function allows an instrument to be safely removed if it accidentally enters the sealing area.
The TBT PLUSEAL RS 11 is suitable for sealing pouches, reels, Tyvek, aluminum laminate foil, and thermoplastic films. The equipment complies with EN ISO 11607-1, EN 868-4, EN 868-5, and DIN 58953-7 standards.
